Description
A 2 double bedroomed townhouse situated in the village of Manta Rota on Portugal’s eastern Algarve region. The house is situated a short 30 minute drive from Faro. Ideally positioned for a relaxing holiday but also within easy reach of many local towns and villages such as Tavira, Faro, Cabanas, Monte Gordo, Villa Real and the Spanish Border. The property is newly built in 2006 and is decorated and furnished to a very high standard.

Accommodation
The house can sleep up to a maximum of eight people. There is an open lounge/dining room with open fire and air conditioning unit. Includes double sofa bed.
The kitchen is fully integrated and features a range of floor and wall cupboards, gas cooker, fridge freezer and dish washer. There is also a downstairs toilet and shower room. The master bedroom features 2 twin beds and a double sofa bed. It offers plenty of fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets with lamps. The second bedroom also features 2 twin beds and fitted wardrobes and cabinets. Both bedrooms have air conditioning units.

Locality
Manta Rota is a very quiet village and has the main essentials within an easy walking distance. There are several shops, bars and restaurants.
Within a 10 minute walk are both the beach and we are members of a private pool area club which includes main pool, children’s play pool, play area, tennis courts and a snack bar.

Golf
There are currently 5 golf courses within a 10 min drive. These include Quinta de Ria and Quinta de Cima that have played host to the Portuguese Open on the European Golf Tour.
Currently under construction is Portugal’s only Jack Nicklaus “Signature” designed golf course at Monte Rei. This is scheduled to be open towards the end of 2006.
